“I am a travel designer and I believe I am a decent enough artist too 🙂

I believe in slow travel and going with the flow in order to connect with the world around me.

I was keen on trying somatic movement, I knew about it vaguely. But in just two days with Hina, I have traveled inward, connected with my muscles, joints, nerves, the whole galaxy within my body. My mind is ‘defogged’, my whole system has learned to slow down and cool off (it’s true, I don’t necessarily need to turn on the AC). And I am now truly understanding what somatic movement is all about.

We are all in such a hurry, all the time. “We pass through things without truly inhabiting them, talk to others without really listening, and gather information that we never get to delve into. Everything transits in a noisy, vehement, and ephemeral gallop. In reality, the speed at which we live prevents us from truly living.” And we are doing the same with our bodies in an impatient bid to lose weight, get fit, etc. If we want to reclaim

Our relationship with time and this ourselves and the world around us, it is so important to listen and connect to your body, every little part of it.

And slowing down with somatic movement is the key.”
