“We were taught in an industry I worked in, to concentrate on the small things to make big changes. And that is what somatic yoga has helped me do – concentrate on the smallest, yet most important unit inside me – my breath as I go about my day. As Hina says, make your breath your best buddy! 

Just a few classes with Hina and I feel like I am revisiting myself subconsciously, as a person and a professional.
