I had the opportunity to follow Hina’s online sessions from France, where I discovered somatic well-being therapy for the first time. Hina quickly understood the issues that were troubling me. She is very pleasant, attentive, and always cooperative with my time difference.

Before meeting her, I had been suffering for a long time from cervical hernia pain radiating into my arm, as well as a dorsal hernia. I clenched my teeth at night, struggled with bloating and constipation, and carried deep childhood traumas that left me blocked both physically and emotionally.

What I especially want to thank her for is the awareness she gave me about the state of my body, and the acceptance she helped me develop through her care.

For more than two months now, I have been receiving her sessions twice a week, and I have progressively noticed a clear improvement in my pain, my sleep, my digestion, and my stress levels. I have also gained more self-confidence.

I am now in a phase where well-being feels new to me, because I had become so used to living with constant pain. I also realized how much our body can change, not only in terms of inner balance, but also with a positive impact on slimming and physical transformation. Today, I welcome these moments of happiness and I breathe more and more deeply, allowing this well-being to take its place fully in my body and in my mind.
